Prior to U20, the Haggle toon of my choice was a Bard since he had access to extra cha and Haggle enhancements in addition to GH and focusing chant. U19 dropped these enhancements and I am wondering what's a good class split to get a good haggle score.

I'd like to LR+20 an exisiting level 12 bank toon into this, so I have some constraints (True Neutral, would be nice if it would be playable).

A quick glance over the enhancements showed that the following classes have Haggle bonuses:
Barb: Ravager, +3 (and PRR)
Druid: Season's Herald, +3 (and Spellpower)
Fighter: Stalwart Defender, +3 (and Melee Threat)
Monk: Henshin, +3 and additionally +1 - +4 (depending on the number of monk levels)
Rogue: Acrobat, +3.

If I had free choice, I'd probably go for a 15Monk/4 Sorc/1Rogue which I'd level as a staff build and LR at cap to a charisma-based gimp.

But can't take monk, so I think that something Sorc based should be half-decent. Iirc, other than Fire Savant and Henshin, none of the trees with Haggle have Charisma bonuses.

So, maybe 18 Sorc/1Drd/1Barb ?
