WF Evoker FvS viability

Hi all, long time lurker here & just looking for advice, abuse and typical Vault love.
Just about to Tr to my semi-final life (18/2 FvS/Monk) and looking forward to actually playing some of the expansion & adventure packs I bought a while back but never did.
Not played for a while... 6-7 months at least so dont really know how things are working these days (although with the servers off looks like business as usual).
Anyway:
Have completionist, 3x wiz, 3x sorc, 2x fvs, 2x fighter & looking to run an evoker hybrid FvS.
16 Str
16 Con
16 Wis + level ups
10 Cha
M1 Stunning Blow
M2 Power Attack
Maximize
Empower
Heighten
Quicken
PL:Wizard
Completionist
?
Have some pretty generic 1-20 gear that i've used across most lives, including Min2 (+1/+2 Wis) Greatsword. Have sod all lv20+ items as I am TR addicted.
Viable or waste of time?
Gear to look for?
Feat selection changes?
Any changes to game recently worth noting? (im still working head around enhancement pass)
Cheers

Evoking is fine in heroic, but you're not going to hit enough DC for EE. DC casting is deadish - I guess necro PM is ok - but about the only thing that can hit EE instakill DCs is monks.
I dunno why you're taking stunning blow etc, you're going to land that approx never. Your melee dps is also going to be garbage.
That would've maybe been an OK build circa U11, but you really need to join us in 2013.
If you want a healer that can contribute to EE, look into something with manyshot or something with shiradi magic missiles. Or maybe something with longsword faith weapons.

Like a Human/Helf/Horc 17cleric/2Ranger/1monk?
Something like:
Manyshot
PBS
Zen Archery
Empower
Maximize
Empower Healing
Completionist
ICrit:Ranged
?

I hate healing other people, so I wouldn't build a healer and can't give specific advice.
Healer builds I know of:
Zerjmoar 12/6/2 fvs
(not fully developed but seems decent)
Gingerspyce 20 druid
(not great dps but good healing+CC)
Poke around in the build forum some, there's likely some more decent posts.

the best divine evokers atm is a 17druid/2monk/1wizard.
No other divine evoking build is viable in EE.
I am biased, but it's true.

Cool, will poke around a bit more.
Eventually plan to go through all the other lives anyway so this FvS may just be another pass through

I've run EE with Gingerspyce a few times. Despite being a casual guy from HL, the build did very well. 2mnk/1wiz may very well be more optimal though.
Certainly Earthquake is the only viable EE evocation spell ATM since it doesn't attack a traditional save. If you want to heal and provide CC/utility, druid is pretty much the only way to go. You can heal+dps fine with fvs/clr though thanks to manyshot and/or warpriest.

Biased because you stole this build from me, and all the glory along with it

Whilst I was busy acquiring the pastlives to make the Firstenmo work, Rest made one and tried to take all the glory.

What exactly does 1 wizard get you? I'm guessing mostly magic missile + SLA. From reading some things, SLA is based off of character level, whereas you'd need some pretty heavy spell augmentation gear for the spell. +2 weapon, +3 abishai = CL 6 (3 missiles). Care to elaborate on the wizard splash?

One wizard gets you:
Bonus feat, like a fighter splash on a melee.
Invis SLA > MM SLA.
First tier wizard enhancements include +hp (stacking from two trees), +sp, +spell crit, wand & scroll mastery, and extra spell power and spell points per point spent.
Jump and Expeditious Retreat as spells.

IDK, but depending on how tight the enhancements are, I find the 1 fighter splash to be much more interesting.
