As soon as we can find which broom closet they're in and pry the crack pipe from their hands. We call it the "c" change, and really they're much more responsive to customer needs because of it.

The key has been taking the crack away from the people who are mandating the changes and giving it to the people ordered to implement them, we'd had that backwards before  Shocked
  
Turdbin, keep changing the DDO rules, because McDonalds sold over 200 billion hamburgers by changing the recipe for their Special Sauce every couple of months to keep interest up.
