Is he making up random questions or what?
Question 7:
What would you think you could earn Otto's Boxes in game thru questing that was bound to character, but you could use astral shards to make it
bound to account?
Otto's boxes through questing? Turbine would be so fucking stupid to do something like this

His post there has to rank a 15 out of 10 possible for retard factor. It's rambling, makes no sense and was an complete waste of time to read.Great job ddo.......he is so NOT representative of the player base. It just reminded me why i squelched him.

eh, I save my funny(?) stuff for the vault, usually it's just plain rant mode on the official forums.
Reading through it again, it looks more like silver has a list of things he wants to get validation for, than anything else. I wonder how many of those ideas were his, and how many came from turbine/PC.

I'm just treating his posts like some kind of batshit crazy improv routine. One of the rules of improv is to not invalidate what the other guy said - just roll with it. So, I'll answer some of his questions, and try to focus the crazy on something useful.
Probably a futile gesture, but it's a slow day and I'm not doing much else.

I don't know what hes on about, but some people seem to like that stlye, let them play with their dolls or whatever they are not hurting anyone.
At the least they give other people something to laugh at or just look at in bewildered wonder. I didn't bother to read past the first few lines, if he has something important to share he better find a better way of expressing it to the cynical masses. Otherwise I just assume its something for the fairy people types and skip it. Im not going to go through the effort of trying to deciper that.

Way back in ancient times when I started playing D&D the subject of the Cthulu Mythos came up, including the Necronomicon. I remember wondering how simply reading a book could drive someone insane - kind of a silly concept really.
Then I see posts by Silverleafeon or Kawaii and as my brain starts to liquefy and I feel my IQ dropping word by word, strangely, I start to understand how it would be possible.

I speak fluent dumbass. I have teenagers.
Here is what he is saying:
"I am on the Players Council. We are supposed to bring up new ideas. I am too stupid to think up much of my own and the ones I come up with are probably assinine. I would like to get a reality check on them since I don't live in reality. Or visit there much. There is an NDA so I can't just outright ask questions. I will use my pet name for the gerbil I shove up my ass (Furret) to disguise the content. Lol. I'm so crafty and smart!
OK. What if there was a DPS/Speed/Spell Power enhancement that players could toggle on during quests that would make the quests easier? What if you couldn't see it on their examine or tell if another player had it turned on? So you can look really bad ass on a gimp toon and everyone would think you are cool, not a gimp using what amounts to a cheat.
What if this enhanced mode could be improved in capability by directly accessing your credit card and draining your bank account. In real time. The screen would show how much money you have and show it decreasing, like a taxi cab meter in reverse. The more you spend, the more powerful your toon is. Again, without you appearing to be a rich(soon to be poor) idiot. You would appear to be a bad ass gamer.
Would you want this enhancement to dumb down already easy content? Would you want it to be superchargable for real world money?
Now, what if the transaction system was not just real world dollars but something you can buy with real world dollars OR earn in game? Would you want that? Would it make the transaction system more appealing? Would you want to earn those "transaction system credits" via end rewards? Chests? Would you grind loot to trade for them?
My toon sucks despite being a completionist. I think it would be cool if I could waste more money to have my toon be as cool as Teth. Even though, since I'm playing the toon, it would still suck. But it would suck less.
Can someone please validate me? Besides my Mom?"

I am assuming Furret is a new toon.
Hopefully it's not like the toon that was interrupted in the Shining.

Now what confuses me about this, I don't think Fawn is a totally terribad player. I am an average player, at best, and I would say he is similar. He's got an awful lot of levels by hanging on Cloey's coattails, by the looks of things (which doesn't surprise me, as a) she can level really quickly and b) would love I think to educate someone who is into that sort of thing (personally I find it as appealing as drinking a warm pint of puke, but that's just me).
Certainly the first few levels, although he's always been happy to splash the cash, he played also.
And actually, given the amount I suspect he has spent on the game (and don;t tell me this isn't at least in part factored into Player's Council decisions) if you wanted to know how real high value spenders spend their money, but don't want filthy exploiters, isn't Fawn a sure pic for Player Council?

That's close to the conclusion that I've came to a while back about him. I figured he found an opening to be the Andy Kaufman of DDO and decided to fill it.
