Did the avatar of nature change ever go live? I didnt see it in patch notes. If the nerf did go through is it still worth making a tree build?

When was the last time you saw someone using woad form?
That's your answer.

I tried tree form again before this update. It's pretty lame-- not like it once was.
A half-dozen boss Vaulties donated generously with real money to my classroom during a fundraiser in May 2015 to get poor kids books to read. I won't forget that. They know who they are, and they freaking rule.

Good grief Meat, you're hopeless. You would label the simple act of taking a shit as someone obeying the divine law of nature to leave a proof of existence.

I just saw someone using it recently too, within the last week, so I thought maybe something changed. Perhaps it was just the first time that toon had a chance to try it though.

I like that ED because it lets me summon a squirrel.
If there's one thing missing from DDO, it's the ability to summon squirrels. And by squirrels, I mean MORE squirrels. Squirrel swarms, even.

I'm unaware of any change to tree mode, but last two times I tried it I was unimpressed. One toon tried it just before U21 and the other was day or two after patch. In both cases it seemed like there was a long delay between going into tree form and attacking and I couldn't see any numbers for damage. I got the impression I had to click repeatedly to keep attacking.
It is definitely not like it was last year, when I previously used it.

Unfortunately the game has moved on from where playstyles are valid. You either hit hard or you lose.
