Taht would be a way to make "hard decisions" that some dev really liked.

I had a BF Cetus too .... switched it to a monkcher than to a drow shuriken monkcher than to an elf monkcher The reconstruct is only overpowered if there isn't an easily obtainable equivalent. In Heroic content I would agree with you but BF spend all of about 5 minutes in heroic content so it's a moot point. In Epic not so much.... I don't need 14 levels of anything to get cocoon Also don't need quicken and emp heal is debatable.... heal amp has many sources. Human, monk, items ... you could stack them up but most of it comes from AP ... just the same as a BF recon. Now if BF were able to use cocoon as well? That might be a tad too much but they are even worse off for positive energy healing than a WF ....

	we understand that you have been complaining about many things for a long time so we've finally decided to address those things by nerfing 1 SLA in an enhancement tree we expect this long desired fix to bring thousands of new players to the game and this newly added balance to further sell the already successful bladeforged race an unexpected side effect of this change is that raids now share a timer with reconstuct, and at this time, you can use raid bypasses to bypass this 2 day 18 hour cooldown on reconstruct. This is not working as intended and as a result we will be removing bypass timers from the ddo store in a future update to prevent players from bypassing the reconstruct cooldown.

Just saying.

On ranged toon ? Cocoon alone enough absolutely. I dont remember last time I had to restock on heal scrolls on monkcher, I use those for stat damage and stuff cause I am lazy. But on melee ranger ? Not enough at all unless you are really really careful. And CSW without Quicken is bad. I tried it many times. You are dead, unless you are in piking pussy mode. You dont have to take all your levels immediately, I've stopped a couple of times at 5 or so to help friends. I could have stopped at level 3 and been a reconstruct healbot.

How often is getting diseased/poisoned by natural sources really a problem? To be fair the SLA is the ONLY thing making them playable as the would be useless as melees without.. Almost any other race would be better just because of the healing penalty they suffer. 	you want fucking balance ? Make Tincans only healable through repair and reconstruct. like they should be... All the Tincan lovers are going to whine, but it used to be more or less that way. And Arcanes were Tincan keeprs at that time, not Clerics. ( Divine could cure/heal them but the effect was extremely poor ) That's where the love for the now dead Healing Amp equipment came from.

I don't understand Flav's post either. Once per week I might Cocoon knocked down BF or WF with some "role" like tank or kiter but by rolling a toaster they chose to not get anything. And heal amp for fleshies is more important than ever. If you rely on CSW, Cocoon, scrolls, Renewal and shit.

	Hmm good question. Great tribute to Madmatt that says how hardcore and awesomest players were on Khyber and sadly don't play anymore. Anyone else that do some stuff is just fluff/not hardcore. Then Matt posts how Khyber raiding sucks. Ongoing joke, same as CRUSH IT kill order.

	Funny thing that those who call for monkcher nerf the most have never built one before. It is pain in the ass to go from lvl 20 to lvl 28 because the dps is mediocre. Now when I am sitting at lvl 28 I admit its a blast but it required a lot of gear investissement and practice. No need to say that making bf monkcher just for recon SLA was a huge sacrifice because of stats and tbh as a bf I cant hit a shit with IPS.

	The best way to nerf Bladeforged is by making a whole lot of new quests with uber Rustmonsters. Perhaps a rustmonster raid boss that has a saveless stun for Bladeforged :p
