	Situation: people reached max level by grouping up and AoE grinding packs of mobs. Reaction: The devs have found a compromise solution that was implemented with today's server maintenance patch. XP gains from dungeon mobs have been reduced by 99%. http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/63619/monsters-in-dungeons-give-... reply from community manager: "Its not a bug. People were using dungeons to powerlevel. This fixed that. You do dungeons for loot. Thats it.:

	Now in DDO people had more then year of i-win button a.k.a epic destiny twists in heroic content, a.k.a builds that can be best at dps/tank/self-heal at same time, builds that ignore mechanics like conserving mana in quests, etc.

	A 99% xp nerf sounds like just the right thing to do if you need to reduce server populations. Almost makes Turbine decisions look good.

	Lol. Something is not WAI and people get all uppity when it gets changed I think the solution to any problem is to give a clear and concise breakdown of the intent of everything. The intent of this class is to be able to do this. The intent of this area is to be able to do this. That way nobody can boo hoo about changes when they find interesting ways to break things. I love that people found ways around certain situations but I never understood the rage when they get called out on it.
