	Easiest way I've found: Use Netbalancer: https://netbalancer.com/ 1. Set DDO's download to Normal and Upload to "limited" at 3.5KB/s 2. Open bank, switch to the Bag Bank tab 3. Go back to Netbalancer and Block uploads from DDO 4. Drag bag to bank, double click a CoV (I've had this work with only 1 drag but sometimes 3-5 helps) 5. Open Bag, Double click CoV again 6. Drag Items out of the bag (I've managed dragging 30 items/stacks of items out in one go successfully, but realistically 8 tends to be the limit for 100% success rate). 7. Go back to Netbalancer, set DDO back to limited. Edit: NM figured out card duping.

The disconnect/reconnect method works, but not all of the time, and i think it's just an issue of timing on my part. the only thing i haven't figured out is cards, but that is a moot point, as i only have one left - i used what i had to make a skill tome and 25 mnemonic pots just because. I guess if someone wants to tell the card method, just for posterity sake, as its gonna be gone soon.
