Your reflex will be pretty shitty anyway, not sure how much evasion will help.

I would rather go human 18 barb/1 cleric/1 bard.
Human for heal amp and feat, cleric for divine might and scroll mastery, bard for umd and scaldc rage (stacks with rage iirc, might be wrong here). That will more than cover the loss of STR from not going horc and will give an option to scroll heal between battles.

I think your best bet with this build is to consider it +10hp next life

I've been looking at that but didn't know if it works with two handers. So for those 7 AP I'd get 2(+3SA) damage. And I'd get Shiv... interesting.

Doubt it'll get ran in epics at all. If it does most likely LD or FoTW.

Hold on a second, 25% damage boost > 30% haste boost? Always thought haste boost gave more DPS since it stacks with everything.

Haste boost is better, thats why I said if you want to use damageboost INSTEAD of hasteboost.

That said, damageboost is cheaper to pick up, so I could understand going either way. Getting both is a waste of ap though.

If you want to go down the playing like a barb path, thanks to the new barb trees it's possible to dish out good damage without being forced into chugging pots every 30 seconds.   Get a lifeshield weapon (vampiric Cleaver) and armor (level 16 tier 3 crystal cove armor), max your PRR / barb damage reduction, and pick up the occult energy resistance.  Playing a temp HP build is more effective than people realize.

I played a 2/18 barb. But I boosted dex and went elf for dragonmark of shadow. Played her up to 28 and could evade fire in ee VON6, as long as she didn't SF pot (I was way too chicken to try any higher level ee's). But, I'd def go pure for more dps the next time.
