Believe it or not, DDO once called itself the no-grind MMO. While it was mostly untrue, it was at least a step in the right direction (grind-lite). They have completely and utterly lost sight of that. I've managed grind through setting challenges for myself, ie roll a suboptimal or nonconventional build and run that for a while. Play a build that's out of style for you just to make you think a bit more.
