Phone support is helpful sometimes.
You can get to speak to real thinking person, which is handy when the automated tools fruck up.
Like Pook, there was a sale in its last day and neither credit card or PayPal were working.

I think taking it away from weekends is not such a big deal. Yes, it will affect some people, but in the scheme of things, they would pay people a premium to work weekends and graveyard shifts.
It does send an unintended message though...
I love how they try to upsell it. Fracking marketing droids. Their starting assumption is that we're as gullible and stupid as they are.
