Hero's plate from through a mirror

I've been told you can use Hero's plate as good twink armor, and I'm about to level up a pally for the update.

So my question is, how low can the epic armor be crafted down to? Can it get lower than the absolute min of 22 that is listed on it?

You can disjunct it down to 0 ML. Then you can cannith craft onto it. (last time that I checked...)

You can red box it, yes. But uh...if you want the armor, you won't get a reward doing that.
