	Is there a viable 28pt first life human pure wizard build that I could see...a lot of the builds on the forums are either for WF or seem a little outdated, not taking into account the changes to the enhancements.

Personally I max INT, CON, Necro, and Enchant. Pure, Pale Master wearing +INT +Enchant items. +Impulse secondary. Drow if you have it. Read that entire thread a few times. EE wont land much on a 28 pt build with no tomes. But you may be useful in EH.

	If you go for max enchant and play around in vampire form you could and should be ok in ee for group play. Non drow content tho since sell penet will be a issue.
