I'm sure your enthusiasm is sincere, but the first question that comes to mind is if you're approaching completonist, how can you not know more about what you want to play?
And yes, we can definitely confirm that the best build is either Pure or a Splash of something.
And you generally need to decide between Nuker or DC caster, which will partially decide what class/race you need.
It doesn't matter what is Uber, play something you enjoy. And even if someone gives you an Uber build, it may not be very effective if you don't have a clue how to play it in end game.
Maybe you play solo, or have no interest in EE content - these are all relevant. How you play can have a big impact on the advice too. Are you VIP? What races/Iconics dos you have? What gear do you have?
Tell us what you enjoyed the most, use Google and do some research of these forums and the other forums, and then ask people a little more targeted question like "best Sorc build for ETR" or "best end game Wiz build".
Narrow the scope of your request for advice if you would like some serious answers bro.
