I only noted it as some PC members were going to raise issues once their roles were finished, and I did not think it prudent.
I understand what you're saying, but the PC isn't a remunerated position so it's not really akin to a job with sensitive information (like MajMal talking - there are legal and professional consequences).
It is however more like a testing panel role, where an as yet unreleased product NDA is required - it is normal for these to expire after a reasonable period of time or condition (such as the product is released).
But it is Turdbine, and there is no real enforceability to it.
According to the conditions, all they can do is preclude you from future panels and invitational testing.
To go beyond that would be inappropriate, but not beyond the childishness of the orgn that brought us Extreme Prejudice(tm).
