If they had half a brain, they'd let you design your own for 995 TP. It's just an object, so it wouldn't be like making one of their "hand-crafted" dungeons. Then put those in a section of the store. You get a 30 TP kickback for each sale. Everybody wins.
This is actually a bloody good idea.

Keep it to cosmetics and no game balance issues.
Fulfills a need for those interested in it, takes load off of DDO designers.
DDO makes money off it and so do player designers.
Only thing is that it would need to be vetted somewhat to filter out really bad or offensive material. Also need to limit the catalogue, having least popular stuff dropping off or archiving after 30 days.
Wish they could do cloak visuals in DDO like in LOTRO.
That would great for Guilds etc.
