Thinking of something weird for ranger PL like 5 Bard/5 Cleric/9 Ranger

Dex based SWF Swash with DoD, Growing Storm, 1k Cuts, Ameliorating Strike, Exposing Strike, Tendon Cut, Killer, Blow by Blow, Evasive Dance...

9 Ranger, 9 Druid, 2 Monk/Fighter would be better. Still get the correct PL, but with winter wolf form.  Same number of bonus feats.

Yeah, I could but wolf fighting style is cumbersome and stupid.  Despite how good it is I absolutely cannot be bothered with it.
