I find killer ot be a fantastic waste of AP because the requirements are so steep for it. Even in mob dense quests its hard to always have 4 stacks up since it decays all at once. Against Red and purple names, I disagree with 5 Foot that you can keep it up. Also against red and Purple, I am generally in Archers Focus for he DPS. So ireally don't think it adds anything, and I think it's very expensive.

Of course I could be wrong and people are free to disagree, but I don't ever train it. At most, I would consider taking the first tier and not going to teir 3 since it's so much cheaper that way for most of the benefit (remember, first tier is 2 5% stacks, and only 5% more per 1 stack thereafter, making it more than tier 1 really expensive for minimal gain).
