	DC casting and blue bars have to dominate the game if they want to balance, because it's limited. It's much easier balance the content for DC casters than for mlee. That's why things worked before MotU.

	DC Casters are supposed to be more powerful than melees, that's how D&D works. The guy who can slay a small army with a flick of the wrist or invoke demons is more powerful than the elite warrior. But in DDO level 28 wizards play like level 1 wizards : cast magic missile and hide behind the barbarian.

Any bug you get a report on was so annoying or game breaking that somebody took the time to wade through the crap process of going to the web site and typing everything by hand. And you can't be bothered to read it?!

	To fix this, they need to do more than just change the saves/DC's. By making some mobs have crazy high fort saves, but low will saves, and be too tough to kill efficiently in melee (or with nuking), they will support CC casting. By making some mobs have lower fort saves, higher will saves, but be too tough to kill efficiently in melee (or with nuking), they will support insta-kill casting.
