	the wiki says that while you are swashbuckling with skirmisher enanchements you gain both bonus from swf and shield mastery.. is it true? don't seems so...

Skirmisher literally states "Hey, take me if you want to use a buckler and still get SWF bonus" and the best part, that lil icon that says shieldmastery in ur buffbar, lo and behold it be there while skirmishing, as well as the speed boost be in ur attack speed total on the chara sheet.

I will give you a hint. There is a place in game where you can check your PRR and doublestrike.
