We have so many spare augment slots, that I don't mind collecting a few just in case they are useful in future.  Agree, not must haves though.

But then this is good loot design IMHO.
It isn't a must have item - purely optional
It isn't too powerful, but is useful.
It doesn't make anything else redundant.

If they could make a few of these things that collectively become useful, it would be good.

The min 5 items for set bonus on latest update was poor loot design showing a distinct lack of comprehension of the game.

Yeah, with my new and improved vanguard dps it took quite a while to beat that fucker down.

- new +2 augments
- xp
- monster manual farming (liches, succubi, etc.)
- a few nice cosmetics

Pro tip for active farming: do it in the vicinity of big parties and flag as many mobs as possible. This way you get all the advantages of big parties, but you don't have to divide your loot amongst 11 other assholes. Big parties only benefit the pikers.

Now, what I would like to know who were the most pessimistic haters of this new event, those who came here with the usual shit ("played it on lama, the worst crap ever and not worth to run at all") and are now in a mst opportunistic manner have suddenly "changed their view", after general opinion switched in favor of the new event? Maybe someone can make a list with names and quotes, would be damn funny.
