Trying to figure out the right enhancements for a dps wolf build or maybe how to use those +5's to my benefit. Suggestions welcome

From the U25 Wolf thread:

DPS:
38 points in Tempest for 3xDoD+2x1k cuts
26 points in Deepwood for 3x killer
13 points in Nature's Warrior for 2x Fatal Harrier+core3
3 points in racial for damage boost and hamp

Trade out Deepwood for Stalwart if you are having problems with survivability.

His build is a 10D/6R/4F human or PDK, but the enhancements should work fine.  One minor note is that these numbers are pre-tempest pass, and DoD is now only one point per rank.  So, you have three extra build points.

I was using that build, of sorts. But specifically where to put the points is an issue to me, cause I don't know what has been affected by the nerfs

My wolf character doesn't have all EPLs done, so survivability in EE was an issue after the MRR nerf. It sucks giving up the extra alacrity in NW, but dying was annoying.

This is what I'm running right now:

Tempest 36 pts
Core 2/6
Item Defense 3/3
Improved Reaction 3/3
Acrobatic 3/3
Haste Boost 3/3
Bleed Them Out 3/3
Storm Dancer
Critical Mastery 3/3
Str +1
Str +1
Storm Tempest
The Growing Storm 3/3
Many Cuts 3/3
DoD 3/3

DWS 25 pts
Core 3/6
Stealthy 3/3
Increased Empathy 3/3
Versatile Empathy 1/2
Action Boost Melee Power 3/3
Survivalist 1
Survivalist 2
Survivalist 3
Thrill of the Hunt 3/3
Killer 3/3

Stalwart 14 pts
Core 2/6
Durable Defense 3/3
Defensive Mastery 3/3
Resilient Defense 3/3
Strong Defense 3/3

Human 5 pts
Core 2/5 (Str)
Heal Amp

I went a little different on my 10d/6r/4f build. Mainly because after playing a Pally, I find myself loving Stalwart Defender... I like that he deals hella damage and can survive most things. I end up with 64 STR, 44 CON, 123 PRR, 62 MRR, 68/59/56 Saves.

I went with:

PDK - 14 points
Damage boost, STR, Def Boost, CON, Heal Amp x 2, 2 points in Ambidexterity.

Tempest - 38 Points
Shield, Whirling Blades x 5, 3 points Improved Parry, 3 points Haste Boost, STR x 2, 3 points Crit Mastery, Storm Dancer, Storm Tempest, 3 points Growing Storm, 3 points Many Cuts, 2 points Dance of Death, 2 points Improved Reaction.

Stalwart Defender - 28 points
Toughness, Stalwart Defense, 3 points Resilient D, 3 points Durable D, 1 point Slawart D Mastery, 3 points Strong D, 3 points Tenacious D, 2 points Reinforced Armor, Swift D, STR x 2.

FYI, all of the passive stuff in the Tempest tree that say you have to have two weapons does not work in animal form except for Many Cuts. I'm pretty sure that is the case for Human Ambidexterity as well.

Also, Killer is too good to ever give up IMO. I'd swap Strong Defense for the +% HP one on my layout though if I needed to be more survivable.

And the cores and Dual perfection. I know you didn't take those, but it's worth pointing out.
