	The problem is, the game knows you WANT it. Say fuck it, I want a Vibrant Purple, guess what, you will get a PLIS. BTW, you can still get a PLIS by running Harbor quests.� I have scored three of them the past year by just running the Harbor quests. BUt I have not pulled ONE Vibrant Purple.
