Hi need a new monk build with splashes was thinking of
15monk/4pally/1fighter
16monk/2fighter/2druid
12monk/6ranger/2fighter (using wraps and tempest tree)

Most of the tempest tree does not work with wraps.

Are you needing a monk PL, or do you just have a lot of wraps you want to use?

Go wolf, 9m/9d/2f if either is the case.

Monk 12 with whatever you fancy for the other 8 and shortswords is alright, especially if you have Celestia(s). Mine is a suboptimal 8 levels and still it's survivable. DPS is poor but you don't need minmax DPS unless you're in a hurry. Pal/Rgr/Rog all seem like good options for the splash levels.

There was a build posted on the mobos recently that looked cool. 12 monk 5 lock 3 pally BF. Tier 5 ES. TWF feats + whirlwind and filler. It was basically a tree without the tree. Video was a solo of EE Vol (very slow, but basically unkillable). Looked sort of fun. 10 Monk 10 Warlock Charisma based PDK shortswords

10 Warlock gives ES tankyness, self-healing, displacement, and no-fail AoE CC with hentai attack.

10 Monk TWF shortswords gives dps and no-fail single target CC with balanced attacks, and almost no-save kukan-do.

ES and Shiradi locks are mediocre damage dealers.

Draconic fiend lock that is an epic completionist for consecrate/sacred ground/empyrian magic/light spell power is pretty styling though.
