I can drop maybe 4str and get 6melee power due to the sightless vs emerald gaze not sure wich is more viable... any sugestions?

Algebraically, the way to settle this would be 2 = 0.06x, with "x" being the amount of damage you'd have to be doing per hit for the melee power to win out. Turns out that X = 34. So if I did my math correctly, then if you're doing at least 34 damage per hit, the melee power should win out.

2 if twf, 3 if swf/thf
also, the 2 or 3 needs to be multiplied by your melee power

remember that you can slot ins +2 str on sightless (or in the new boots as  i did) that closes the gap to only 1 str (11+4 on gaze vs 12+2 on boots if sloted).


The way i see it sightless wins unless you REALLY need the tactical bonus and wont free eye slot for  precision googles.(maybe i derailed a bit, sorry)
