"Your Arcane Bolt and Arcane Blast spells now grant you one stack of Mental Honing (+3 Universal Spell Power, +2% Spell Crit Damage) when cast. This effect can stack up to 30 times. One stack is removed every 6 seconds. Grants +140 maximum Spell Points."

Soooo wizards are the only one who should benefit from this right?

Some of my "tests" indicate something else  Cheesy

Really these SLAs from wizard archmagi totally suck donkey dick, anybody else figure any ways to get this shizz to stack?

It requires 1 level of 1 class.

It is an AoE.

And if that doesnt give it away....

More levels of said class will make it stack faster

Agreed. I just clicked examine in a random warlock one day and saw the buff, and could connect the dots. Like 90% of warlocks in game are using mental honing, you have to be a tard to ask for a PM to know about it.
