+15 items stop dropping mobos

I guess this is like the armors with spell power, I pulled one +15 Strength the first week and nadda since.

I've pulled a +15 and seen a few in party over the last two weeks.  Someone got a +15 Charisma item on the End Reward list of an LE Tempest Spine this weekend.  Mostly what I see is +13 or +14, though.

It is rare.  Same with the +7 insightful.  Most of of what I see are the +5 or +6.

That's good news Ash, thanks for sharing that info. I've pulled 2 +6 insight since the update, and I saw a +7 on the Shard exchange, but haven't seen one live. The part I liked about the loot change was that you could match the LGS if you pulled enough. The bad part is that it made most of the end-game gear I had superfluous.

There are two factors in loot. Loot data itself, and the drop rates. Instead of altering the amount of loot with certain properties by changing the drop rates, they just threw more of the same loot data into the droprate table under different values instead. Technically they didn't change drop rates, just what was being dropped for certain results from the loot table. This means it appears that the drop rates have changed from our end.

I don't know.  I saw a +15 drop last weekend.  Not been in game much this week.  I've got two +15's in my inventory.

I'm not sure this is more than a tin foil hat deal at this point.  The +15's seem to be rare, but not not ultra rare.  Your loot luck may vary.

Last night a friend pulled a +15 str gloves with something garbage with it from an end reward in LH ts.
So they do drop still. Ive never pulled one but theyre around
