	20 Rogue - Halfling - Max Dex with Int second - TWF Dagger/Kurki. Spec into Assassin (Capstone), Racial, Harper (KtA) and TA (movement only). I would recommend LD over SD for epics simply due to damage once outside of sneak mode though it's up to you really on this part as it depends on whether it's a heroic PL or endgame.
