Von 2, the 2 maze chests.
ADQ chest on each of the paths nearest the entrance & a shrine just outside the entrance (summon and dismiss a hireling inside the quest to reset the explorer zone)

Munk.

Fastest chest - ADQ?  Really?  After a ten minute run?
He wants to maximise his potion.  Running through explorer zone would waste it.

OP - think other's have said it.
miller's debt is 20 seconds to end chest.
Haverdasher is probably about the same as you have to wait for scorpion to spawn.  2 chests there.

They're both harbour and easily accessible.

I'd get to the quest then drink my potion.

The well in Eveningstar has a fast chest, not the fastest though.

It shouldn't take you 10 minutes to run to ATDQ unless you're incredibly bad at navigating.

And even if you are that bad, you only have to make the run once. Although that quest is lower level, not sure you'd be getting much running those chests.  Remember, Mo hasn't played in a while. He is living in the past of the old loot runs. Wink

I did some Palace of Stone gargoyle runs, both heroic and epic, and I'm pretty sure the level of that chest is artificially lower than it should be. I never got anything over ML 18 heroic/28 epic, even with one of the anniversary loot boosts + ship boost running.

Almost any chest can be fast with a bracelet of friendship.

I guess that depends on how many glowmoss clumps you have.

Couldn't you test proc rates with bronze tokens?

Smuggler's Cove chests let you choose when you want to open them. They also key off of the opening toon's level. Plus, public area, so the loot gem doesn't time out.

If you're committed to that path, you can quest til 30 seconds are left, then put the toon on ice, occasionally thawing it out to funnel glowmoss clumps and bronze tokens. And to wander Cove when it's open, collecting chest maps.

No one's committed to that path though. Because it is a dumb path.

Why is everything taken so literally?
Allow me to clarify, running to ADQ takes longer than running from ship to Haverdasher or Millers.  For some it might take ten mins.  I haven't done it in awhile.  I just remember it being tedious after the first time.

Secondly, the OP was not interested in loot level.  They wanted to know some quick chests that they could repeat and gain some statistical baseline of with and without loot potion boost.

As Munk said, sure start the pot when you get there.  Fine for the first 8 loots.
But due to something called chest ransack, the test likely needs to be repeatable because 8 samples isn't much.

If the OP is looking to maximise the samples in a short period of time, then they could use AS to do chest rerolls, but this would become expensive on higher level chests.  Interesting whether the potion affects the chest and "lucky chests" benefit all rerolls?

So with chest ransack, ADQ would require multiple runs out each week after chest reset.

If chest level is important, then there have been some good suggestions as well, including Palace of Stone.

Great plan for the first run. Just going to wait for the potion to wear off and repeat it for each subsequent run?

I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

Fun thing, the Boost also increases power of "End reward lists" so finish a bunch of quests, chug pot, claim end rewards, profit!
