It shouldn't take you 10 minutes to run to ATDQ unless you're incredibly bad at navigating.
And even if you are that bad, you only have to make the run once. Although that quest is lower level, not sure you'd be getting much running those chests. Remember, Mo hasn't played in a while. He is living in the past of the old loot runs.

I did some Palace of Stone gargoyle runs, both heroic and epic, and I'm pretty sure the level of that chest is artificially lower than it should be. I never got anything over ML 18 heroic/28 epic, even with one of the anniversary loot boosts + ship boost running.
Why is everything taken so literally?
Allow me to clarify, running to ADQ takes longer than running from ship to Haverdasher or Millers. For some it might take ten mins. I haven't done it in awhile. I just remember it being tedious after the first time.
Secondly, the OP was not interested in loot level. They wanted to know some quick chests that they could repeat and gain some statistical baseline of with and without loot potion boost.
As Munk said, sure start the pot when you get there. Fine for the first 8 loots.
But due to something called chest ransack, the test likely needs to be repeatable because 8 samples isn't much.
If the OP is looking to maximise the samples in a short period of time, then they could use AS to do chest rerolls, but this would become expensive on higher level chests. Interesting whether the potion affects the chest and "lucky chests" benefit all rerolls?
So with chest ransack, ADQ would require multiple runs out each week after chest reset.
If chest level is important, then there have been some good suggestions as well, including Palace of Stone.
