What is the fastest chest in DDO (Read 12785 times)

	Taking any and all suggestions for the quickest chest from entrance. Level of quest or type of chest doesn't matter, what I'm looking for is to test the proc rates of the new loot mechanics.

	Malicia's are pretty quick and easy. I think the irestone chests are the quickest.

	If the rare spawns in Durks at that first left turn, his chest is within 50 feet of the entrance. Otherwise, I'd say Irestone Inlet has some chests you can get to really quickly. Forgotten Caverns in house K has one that is in that first room with all the ice mephits. Tear of Dakhaan has one pretty quick when you get one of the orange nameds. Gwylans has one pretty quick if you skip the cave and just go straight. You will get the minotaur or troll chest quickly. For low levels, you can be at any of those in 30 seconds or less.

	If you want a more epic chest, I'd say the one in EE Von4 that is in the pit trap is fast to get to. Or the cabal trapped chest.

	I'm going for the chests closest to the entrance to save as much time on the pot as possible. 8 runs = 5 wondrous items from that first forgotten caverns chest.

	If no one has suggested it: "Servants of the Overlord". You'll need to pick locks, but its very close to the entrance and available on Epic and Normal. Most of the time you'll waste is on watching the two NPCs at the beggining talk shit. This one also has the advantage of being worth a bit of XP.

	I used to farm festivult coins in Baudry 1. There's a chest in the back left corner on top of some boxes. No fighting, and pretty close to entrance. No explorer to run through either, but very low level. I believe they changed this to be at completion now, but haven't checked since duping.

	Giant Cave in Threnal... Even with all the nerfs it's still the fastest chest in game ( and quest ) Irestone Inlet is not far behind, there's just a bit more mob to work through.

	In the heroic 3BC wilderness area there is a chest close to the wilderness entrance. Just jump left down to the ship and the chest is always there. Sometimes there is a boss to kill but usually not. No mobs on the way out to it either.

	I'm loving the blue beam that shows when you popped a lucky chest. Be warned though, it will go off for who opens the chest so hard to be sure unless you are soloing.

	Couldn't you test proc rates with bronze tokens?� I'd love to see an actual use for those after how many years of worthlessness. But that would only be to see the proc rates of stuff on gear. If you're looking to test actual chests then bronze tokens are still shit.
