Weird stuff about gnomes

I noticed a couple of things on my gnome mechanic that keep reminding me that Turdbine is incompetent.

1.  Gnomes swim underwater instead of on top of the water.  They look like they are 2-3 feet under but swim like they were on top of the water.

2.  Crossbow bolts look like they are being shot from behind and about 3 feet above the gnome's head.  My other toons the bolts appear to be shot from the toon, not from somewhere else.

That's a buff so they can reliably kite at close range.

I would rather they shot at gnome height, it would be better for IPS. I think it's just a sloppy mistake on Dev side. They don't care to talk about Gnomes now that they are live.

3) the hanging/ledge thing

4) they forgot to move some cosmetic placements when they changed the elf head resulting in some effects (glowing eyes, for example) appearing inside your head
