is there any possible way through enhancements/feats/witchery to be able to be centred while wearing med-armor/mith-plating/shield?

Two words: Cosmetic. Armor.

You won't really be wearing medium armor, but it'll look that way.

yeah already have a thick cosmetic going.

was specifically thinking of stalwart defenders +20% hp.

needs med/heavy armor or shield.   none of which can be used centred.
