	Does the knowckdown effect on Tactical Detonation had a DC? Looking into good CC effects for an artificer build. Static Shock also seems to do a fairly good job.

	Worked last I heard, and pretty well too, though I haven't seen an evoker arti at epics since Shadowfell. Should be standard evo DC.

Shouldn't be that tough to fit some good evo DC into my build. I have a sorc PL, I can now craft an Evocation Focus of Insightful Evocation Focus item, I MAY even have room for a feat! Is it spell penetration or just focus you want in this case?

	Tacdet has no spell pen check. Can't think of an arti spell off the top of my head that does.
