Looking for 'Sand-man' write up.

I'm looking for a write up of the Sand-man build from a couple years ago. I know it will be pretty out of date at this point but hopefully somebody here will have it.

Can you elaborate a bit more on what the build is?

Just based on the name it sounds like a crowd controlling build(sandman = sleep = CC spells?)

I think the general consensus is that the DCs just aren't high enough in the modern game, but I could be wrong.
  
I'll never understand the propensity of people to brag about being good at a video game. Its a toy you play with for fun. The only person who should be proud of you is your mother. If you're 3.

What general consensus?  The groups I run LE in, there is CC everywhere. 

In current LE (Slavers, Shroud, TS, Hound, etc), Dc's are fine.  No fail holds, GC, Dire Charge, Destruct, Hurl, Implode, Wail. 

Not sure about Reaper mode.

Sooooo many delicious holds in slavers these days. Nothing better than unloading on em, pretty pumped to see em back in the game. I do wonder if they will make it into reaper, I'm guessing the easiest way for the devs to go is to kill DCs.

I dunno.  I suspect instakills might be banished.  But CC, I doubt it.

I heard that name referred to a couple different ideas but don't recall ever seeing a actual build. I think it's like  pre-enhancement tree stuff.
