do any of you adults play children's card games?

i have to admit- many years ago in my younger days i had an affinity for childrens card games. i wasnt a pokemon kid that shit was gay. MTG was alright but kinda slow. but YuGiOh was actually a fun and interesting card game. unfortunately for it, LOCALIZATION turned the cardtoon (which in Japan was about murder and childrens card games) into a show about children's card games in america. the censorship and rewriting of the story and its components painted a product intended for an older audience into one for children ages 0-8 and anyone beyond this age group who enjoyed it publicly was (rightfully) recognized as gay and retarded. well, fast forward 20 years and using the power of the internet people realized that the american company "4kids" raped the cartoon and hindered sales of a great thing. so somehow NOW it is becoming popular.

I would like to reach out to anyone who was a fan of children's card games or specificaly yugioh, and let you know that a new game was recently released on Steam: YuGiOh Legacy of the Duelist http://store.steampowered.com/app/480650/

For 20 bucks, you get access to pretty much all the old good cards. it comes with near 6000 cards by default. I have only run into a single card I personally used that was hidden behind a DLC paywall. DLC is available to add newer cards and more game content, but most of that stuff came out long after i quit the game so i wasnt interested in the DLC myself.

Theres not much to say about the game itself- it is what it aims to be. but if u are a fan of yugioh, this game gives you a great way to play it on your PC alone or with friends. check into it, if this is your kinda shit.

Does Munchkin count?  I considered it to be in a different genre of card game than the ones you cite.  Liked that the most (biased reasons for why naturally) Ninja Burger and Killer Bunnies.

The USA is having so many disasters and tragedies you'd almost think it was built on thousands of ancient Indian burial grounds.

I don't think naming names would be a good thing for me to do, but I'd pretty much add anyone who's a know-it-all dick on the list. Even if they are sometimes intelligent with their opinions, the way they state them in long, "i'm a lawyer at trial"-type posts makes me want to punch them in the face. They act like whiney babies with god complexes and then freak out if someone so much as breathes criticism in their direction.

I played MtG from Legends to Mirage.

My nephew "plays" pokemon and YuGiOh, but he's kind of an idiot and doesn't know any of the rules.
