Ill have to disagree, like there are great movies, great books and great thots, there can be great games.
Witcher 3 embodies potato folklore and shows it to the world as it is, the tone is spot on. It literally is the product of a countrys culture.
Id argue that witcher 1 is the better rpg, and probably the better game, but witcher 3 is the one that carried it to the world.

Well, entertainment fulfills its role. But ill agree that hollywood should be left to die in a fire of their own making.
Most countries subsidize sports, or tv, or film making, or theaters, etc. I see nothing wrong with subsidizing a form of entertainment that is closer to the youth nowdays.
Problem is when shit gets out of hand.
