You dont run content with holders, people you play with dont use cc and stuns in reaper?
You dont play with shiradi spammers?

ALso elf is better then helf because its height is slightly lower /not a big difference but you notice it on low height mobs, best of course to maximize precise shoting is halfling with deep gnome being high on the top tier list as well,
