The anniversary party's Vargouille wing is really good for collectable farming. 7 cannith crafting collectables can be cleared every 1min 30 seconds -ish with dimension door, mostly lore/arcane type. Lily petals are not a cannith crafting collectable.

One bookshelf is bugged to not give collectables if the dungeon level is lv 14 or lower though, and that same bookshelf often gives non level appropriate collectables for 15+

Farm it while it lasts . For some reason, glass phials are quite rare though. I got 3 of them while getting 37 charred soarwoods, even though they are both a tier 3 uncommon arcane collectable.
