Am looking for updated barb build thf which enhancements are good FB with Ravager or Occult with Ravager?

Assuming you are going pure 20 Barb. 

I usually do Ravager + FB.  I like the Ravager Capstone, Visage of Terror, and the T5 - Blood Strength and Crit Rage and such. 

The rest of it is pretty standard.  Max Strength, Con.  Go Dragonborn or H-Orc for best strength results.  Some of the new H-Orc enhancements are interesting if you have earned some racial PL AP.  Standard feats: PA, Cleaves, THF, IC.

It hasn't changed. Take FB capstone, but T5 ravager. Riftmaker is fun.
