As you may know from my other post, I recently took a 3-year break from DDO, during which a lot of new items came out.  Also during my 4 lives prior I never really farmed quests for specific loot (except The Shroud).

Some other threads here have been helpful for pointing out good gear for heroic levels, but I am still interested in knowing what's the best for epics.

Obviously Cannith Crafted stuff is good all the time
