	I was with a doubt about it is it hidden effect? or dont stack? or broken? Combat chat did not show anything

	Since the TA haste only applies to quarterstaves, I don't think it shows in the character sheet. Character sheet tends to just show base + universal mods.

	Stacking with enchantments (haste, alacrity item) for sure, same for monks hensin capstone. Its notable visually without any special dps tests.
