Actually displacement has no somatic component to it, so you’re free to have as much ASF as you want to cast it.

That said, I like the split you got, looks good.

I was just curious if there was a way to do okish dps with a 2h, or if sword and board is better dps wise as well.  Relating grouping up mobs in reaper and doing decent aoe damage, if that is an option.

That's really not that atrocious.  Most tanks I run with have less AC and even worse dps x).
Still being useful dps wise would be nice, will see how it fairs.
