	So I joke around here a lot, talk shit and stay in character, but he's the honest truth. Starting getting some PayPal refunds today. I went back 180 days and put in a request for "items not received". Twelve (12) transactions were refunded so far, have to wait a few more days for the rest as they were more recent and couldn't file. As soon as I escalated it, and with no response from SSG, PayPal gave me back my money. Thanks for all the tips in the older thread!

	So, to be clear, you paid for Ravenloft, were given access to Ravenloft, then you lied to PayPal and told them you didn't get access to Ravenloft. They gave you the money back because SSG hasn't responded. Now you have your money back and you are still accessing the content that you told Paypal was never delivered? THanks for sharing.

	To be clear, I have no issue whatsoever with a customer requesting a refund when they are displeased with the service provided by a merchant. The issue is that you lied about why you want the refund. Why not be honest about why you want the refund? If you have to lie to get it, is it really worth it? Which version of Ravenloft did you purchase? I sure hope your honor and integrity are worth more to you than $40. Or even $120. I'm not even getting into the fact that it's fraudulent.

	You better pray their legal department doesn't investigate this. Xolla has records of every transaction and SSG has records as well. If your user account if accessing content you fraudulently claimed to never have received they will have the paper trail to prove their case should they choose legal action against you. Things beyond your control to change that would prove fraud: Feather favor unlocks - Specifically vitstani tree unlock which persists through Tr. RL Saga Completions - which in all likelihood they have already investigated. Things you can control but can still prove Fraud: Having any Ravenloft exclusive loot in your inventory. Having any RL quest completions or raid completions.

	Expect that account to lose access once SSG figures out what's going on. Expect your account to be completely nuked if you do this. From multiple people reporting getting money back . . . the gist is SSG handles financial requests with the same care they treat their customers. So if you submit a chargeback through PayPal and SSG doesn't reply to PayPal, the chargeback goes through.

Paypal's heavily buyer-friendly - they'll issue credit almost immediately in almost every case; at that point, they'll freeze the equivalent amount on the seller's side while they do an "investigation," which may or may not amount to anything.� They will contact the seller. I've never heard of any serious repercussions to the buyer, other than a dispute, where PP may request the money back.� Felony charges?� That's sort of hilarious, but mostly retarded.� It won't affect your credit. In any case, we may not know for another month or so.� There's a pretty extended waiting period.
