Does the lesser displacement actually work?  I see this line in the general log when I equip them, but I've yet to see a floaty text of "blurry" or "displaced" in combat.

Yes, I noticed there was no displacement affect when I put the gloves on, but the crystal cove blur trinket doesn't have a blur effect either and it works fine. 

But when I cast blur on myself I get the blur effect while wearing the gloves, which doesn't happen if I wear the cove trinket.  That made me start to wonder whether the gloves were working right.  Looking at the combat log over 3 quests I saw no evidence of misses due to lesser displacement and no floaty text over head either.  I would find it really hard to believe that in 3 quests a 25% miss chance wouldn't proc at least once.

that was a "fix" so people wouldnt think their blur cast on you was interrupted by lag or something. as old as legendary ts if i recall correctly
