Since the mobos had that threat about the reaper helms, I started to wonder, what do you consider your rarest item.  Only criteria is, the item has to be somewhat useful, no soulstones, old collectibles that are useless, and you must be able to verify the item if asked. Let’s see some super twink gear.

I got a reaper heroic executioners helm, came in handy during those rtr’s before they deleted me ;p. Still got the helm but playing another account instead, cause the addiction is real

I've got a handful of old named items I use in my TR gear, but most are fairly common drops (like the Guardian Dagger from STK) and probably don't count.

Outside of some potentially decent gear I never pulled from the raids no one ever runs (I'm looking at you Twilight Forge), the only thing on my list I'm yet to pull (and tried to farm so I'm pretty sure it counts as rare) would be the Chieftains Spear from the 3bc rare.  Looks like it would be decent for a staff build (for all of 3 levels).

Honorable mention - The Drow Hunter's armor from Redwillow.  It makes a decent cosmetic skin and doesn't seem to drop much.

Luck Blade, as a random drop in a random chest. I feel like its rare, but I am probably wrong.

I have dual Sunblades slotted with a Ghostbane augment in each.

Granted, Sunblades are not rare but the augments do not raise the ML level beyond their original level (ML 6) so they're fantastic leveling blades until you get the level 10 Morninglord stuff from Ravenloft.

They're probably the best low-level things I've got.

I've also got a number of older Invisiblity and Solid Fog clickies that I still find very useful in many different situations.

I still find my 0 Level Rings of Featherfall useful as well.

Solid gold from 7-30 coupled with UMD Ice Storm wand/scroll.

Bought one from the plat AH with a bid of 50k a couple weeks ago.  ML 7 Helm with 5 charges.

ML 3 Strinati's Hand Cannon? It is impressive for those two minutes you're lvls 3 & 4.

Oh, wait. It's my various Cannith Challenge gear. Hard to get that fully upgraded at ML 4 nowadays.

It's also hard to get astral shards into your TR cache. I'd rather have one of those old store bags, though.

I forget the rarish aspect of PLIS, jibbers blade and quiver of alacrity.  I did get all my old rune arms reduced in ML at the crafting change.  Have an old medium mithral shield I use for crafting fun things on on occassion.
