Actually you probably can as there's several strain of the thing... so you might be HIV positive from one strain and not develop AIDS and get infected by another strain and develop AIDS from that second strain.
Since for everybody being HIV Positive means you have AIDS ( even if it's not true ), you can ( technically ) get it twice ( or more... IIRC there's 3 or 4 strain )


HIV is a sneaky bastard.... though he's a sissy compared to Lhassa or Ebola virii.

So... no, you can't get AIDS twice, technically, actually, or ontologically.
