So i've been trying to figure out where my to-hit comes from and why its so low and I'm grazing so much. I understand that to-hit was changed at some point, so I'm not sure how it should behave. When sneak attacking (stunned mob or improved deception item procs) I see the sneak damage from the ravenloft cloak and executioner helmet but my to-hit doesnt increase.
it should be +16 to hit from the cloak and +7 from the helmet. Is that bonus obscured by the new to-hit formula or is it just not apllying at all?
It also says that the +16 to-hit from the cloak is enhancement bonus...same as the +15 on my wraps, should they even stack? Same for the insightful sneak dmg from the executioner helm and the insightful dmg from insightful deadly 7.

anyone got an idea or a link that explains it?
