There is some overlap in this gear setup but I wanted both Silent Avenger and Adherents of the mists set bonuses. I will be filling in the currently empty augment slots, but have not gotten there yet.

Keys to this build:
-Have the Ravenloft expansion. Most of the gear listed is from there and is pretty much best in slot currently (update 40) with the exception of Chaosbow or Leg. Hunter of the Wilds.
-Have Epic Purifying quiver. It is a drop from Oath of Vengeance and makes pulverizer from Legendary Dreadnought work.
-Have Chaosbow. The dps is much higher than any other bow. Situationally, Void is great as well, but you will find yourself running Chaosbow primarily.
-Have Void. It is a Baba raid drop, but it is not that hard of a raid and it is pug consistently enough where you do not have to stress about getting a group. (also echo of ravenkind from same raid). It will give you a free 100% returning arrow clickie plus it does a significant amount of cold damage when optimized. At this point, Void is key for the clickie arrow and situational cold damage tic (which can get pretty high).
-To optimize ranged power you need to be standing still to take advantage of archer's focus. Probably you are looking only to do this vs raid bosses or other group scenarios where you can set up camp and fire away. Make sure you turn back to IPS when running the rest of the quest!
-Use Tensor's scroll BEFORE hitting manyshot. You will boost the ranged power up to +120.
-Don't be afraid to turn off paralyze if it is not hitting enough, or if you are fighting mobs that cannot be paralyzed or feared. You will more than make up for it with the damage gained with elemental damage. However, if you are not consistently hitting with paralyze, make sure you did not take an item off. I often will swap necklaces (to use deathward or when maxing int for kta vs a boss, etc...) and forget to swap back or when I click on the swap and it doesn't actually swap....
-Make sure you maintain your blitz. It is not hard to do, but don't stand around in between fights either and let it drain away.
-If undead or other non-paralyze-able mobs become a problem, swap out Void with a LGS Salt bow for super-slo-mo action.
