Dev One:  Goodness Gracious, what are we to do?  Almost everybody is done running Heroic Past lives, Iconic Past lives, Epic Past lives, and even the most recent, Racial Past Lives.  Our clients that are not sitting at cap will have nothing to do!  They might get bored, even leave.  Whatever shall we do?

Dev Two:  Hey, here's a solution.  Let's give them something more to run, maybe more Epic Past lives - might even make them buy more of these new Destiny Pots we created.  I know, 12 more Epic Past lives!  We'll kinda improved the Epic Destines somewhat, to create more interest, but not spend much time on it, nor create a new Epic Destiny like many have been asking for.  Win Win Win!
