	Doing a 1Wiz/1Bard/18Lock Deep Gnome to get 3rd Lock and DG at once. Running in Draconic. I took Shield as one of my 1st level wiz spells and every so often it is cast with a 23 min duration (same as my Jump or DW at 18 levels Lock +5 levels from DI)

	That's something that won't get fixed anytime soon. It's because of when DDO checks to see what modifiers go on something. If you fiddle around with it, you can eventually see what you can attack/cast/do/whatever before casting shield so that it "remembers" your warlock level instead of your Wizard level. On the other hand, some of your Warlock attacks are going to occasionally "remember" your Wizard level and give shit damage.
